Refunds and Cancellations

At BlackWake Rodz, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policies below:


Refund Policy: 

  • Custom-made  rods are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • All  refunds for repairs or restorations must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected and approved.


Cancellation Policy: 

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.


Damaged or Defective Items: 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement, repair, or refund.
